Summary:
Casaplex is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and execute construction and build-out projects from planning through completion. The Construction PM will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery according to scope, deadlines, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator with proven leadership in construction project execution. A commitment to quality, safety, innovation, and client satisfaction is essential.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to close-out.
Provide strategic direction, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee day-to-day client communication and project requirements.
Solicit, evaluate, and coordinate bids from qualified subcontractors.
Create, maintain, and track construction schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.
Evaluate project profitability, margins, and overall financial health.
Prepare and revise project work plans to meet evolving requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the construction lifecycle.
Review and approve project-related time, materials, and expense reporting.
Lead and facilitate regular team meetings, site meetings, and stakeholder updates.
Communicate expectations clearly to all project participants.
Lead, mentor, and support field teams and subcontractors.
Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience (commercial, residential, or specialty construction).
5+ years of professional experience in roles involving site supervision, subcontractor coordination, or technical project leadership.
Proven experience with construction build-outs, renovations, architectural finishes, or technology-integrated construction projects.
PMI certification (PMP) preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with PMI methodologies.
Experienced in leading in-person site meetings and virtual coordination sessions.
Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Familiarity with construction project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, or similar).
Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and independently manage project responsibilities.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or relevant certification/training.
