What You Will Be Doing

Your day consists of communicating with prospects and clients. You enjoy building relationships.

Actively building and maintaining a pipeline of ongoing opportunities & leads, including mining existing customers for other opportunities and revenue. You make something out of nothing!

Explore partnership opportunities with industry suppliers and groups. Be the face of Casaplex.

Be an expert of Casaplex products and services by participating in ongoing sales and product training. Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.

Work closely with the Sales Team in prospecting, educating, developing, and qualifying potential accounts. The Sales Team’s success is YOUR success!

What You Have

5+ years’ experience within the construction, events and/or audio-visual industry in a business development capacity is preferred.

A track record in consistently meeting sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You are all about relationships, internally and externally.

Leadership qualities reflected in your work ethic, positive demeanor and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Creative mindset and ability to quickly pick up concepts and product information.

Strong client-facing skills and technical prowess.

Drive to succeed and desire to always learn more.
