Title: Senior Brand Manager

Location: LA, NY, Remote 

The Senior Brand Manager will be a detail-orientated, creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Working with Captiv8’s key strategic accounts, the ideal candidate is a seasoned influencer campaign expert who can dynamically work across many client & internal teams to develop and execute innovative & strategic influencer marketing campaigns and help our clients achieve their marketing objectives. 


  • Lead client meetings with the support of Partnerships, Strategy, & Analytics team, as needed

  • Develop both long-tail influencer strategies for various lines of business (i.e. B2B) and one-off influencer executions (i.e. Event-based, Local Market Store Openings), including creative & content strategy, talent recommendations, paid social strategy & measurement frameworks

  • Manage influencer campaign execution, including but not limited to, developing timelines/brief, troubleshooting talent negotiations, ensuring the quality of content, representing Captiv8 at on-site events, and providing paid media strategy

  • Support the training and daily management of associates

  • Analyze past campaign data/performance and extract key learnings to apply for future media strategies.

  • Conducting audience, platform, and social research to provide thoughtful POV's and drive innovation within the account

  • Keep a strong pulse on new social platforms + features to keep media strategy relevant and forward-thinking

Skills and Knowledge:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years Influencer Marketing experience across social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok

  • Experience with telecommunications industry directly or via agency account work 

  • Proven ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients by providing first class customer service

  • Superb project management skills with experience running large scale campaigns from start to finish, preferably in social

  • A team player who shares success and aims to challenge the status quo with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Excellent powerpoint & excel skills 

  • Interest or experience in startups
