Your Mission:

We are looking to hire a passionate and energetic Implementations Consultant to join our Customer Success team at Captiv8. Your job is to manage the Captiv8 onboarding process and provide an A+ client experience for our partners.  

This is an integral role at Captiv8 as you will be responsible for empowering our customers and setting them up for success. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, resourceful, thinks out-of-the-box, and loves solving challenges for our customers.


  • Responsible for the customer on-boarding process from point of sale until the customer is transitioned to Customer Success 

  • Establish a strong relationship with your customers. Prepare the kick-off meeting and get them excited about starting their journey with Captiv8

  • Seamlessly manage the customer transition from Sales > Implementation > Customer Success. 

  • Design and continually improve processes and materials that enhance efficiency and customer experience during onboarding

  • Help drive early adoption, setting KPIs and success metrics for ROI

  • Effectively and consistently communicate project status and deadlines to the customer 

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals for using Captiv8, building credible relationships throughout the customer organization, from senior staff to end-users

  • Prioritize and tailor the onboarding milestones based on the customers’ business needs and use cases

  • Advocate customer business use-cases to the product team

  • Partner closely with our Sales team to provide custom solutions to Captiv8’s strategic new business prospects

About you: 

  • You connect well with other people and understand the customer’s pain points

  • At least 5 years experience in a customer-facing position in a technology environment

  • Customer-centric, resourceful, thinks out-of-the-box, and loves solving challenges for our customers

  • Experience with Influencer Marketing/Digital Media is a plus but not required 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale implementations successfully 

  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work 

  • Must be detailed in documenting information and prompt on follow-ups

  • Demonstrates basic problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
