Responsibilities:
Assists the Special Security Officer (SSO) in the development of an agency Mission Assurance Program by:
- Assist with performing a mission decomposition study of the agency to identify (agency) mission essential capabilities and task critical assets.
- Identify and nominate Defense Critical Assets.
- Coordinate with Continuity Program Manager to develop a map of agency mission essential functions and enabling capabilities/assets.
- Using MA Process, conduct a risk analysis of agency task critical assets and mission essential capabilities.
- Develop agency Risk Mitigation Plan including recommended mitigation and remediation efforts based on risk analysis.
- Monitor and update the DCSA CATMS ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.
Requirements:
- Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
- Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Experience in SCIF building requirements and knowledge of accreditations methods in accordance with DCID 6/9 and ICD 705; as well as federal regulations that encompass SCI and collateral security processes to include DCID 6/3, ICD 704, ICD 705, and relevant Executive Orders.
Security Clearance:
- Active security clearance required.
