The Contractor shall provide full-time support for the DAMI-RI budget analysis and execution activities to include providing support as a Defense Travel Administrator (DTA). The Contractor shall review, interpret, coordinate, and respond to all Audit Readiness checklist issues and concerns.
Demonstrate personal & professional skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer and senior level (typically O-5/GG-14 and O-6/GG-15 levels) decision-makers representing Army HQ, MACOMs and field units, Intelligence Community, OSD, other Services, and other Defense Agencies.
Expert knowledge of the General Fund Enterprise business system (GFEBS) and working knowledge Standard Finance System (STANFINS) and the strong ability to analyses spend plans and requirements.
Expert knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and
Execution (PPBE) process and Fiscal Law.
Have the ability and experience necessary to monitor, coordinate, and respond to all Congressional, OMB, ODNI, DIRMO/DIA RFIs, tasks issues and concerns as pertain to Intelligence Programs.
Have a working knowledge of GDIP programs through iRMIS and PROBE databases.
Must have TS/SCI Clearance
Minimum Education: Graduate from the DoD Resource Management Budget Course, and trained using Army PROBE and Defense Travel System. Strongly desired training includes: Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR); and the General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS);
Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years serving as a budget (or similar) Analyst within HQDA, or other closely related DOD organization or agency. Experience shall have been within two (2) years of starting on this contract
