Caldera Medical is a medical device manufacturer on the Inc. 5000 list for fastest growing companies in the U.S. with a plan to continue to grow more than 10x by the year 2025!  We're looking for an experienced manager in Medical Device sales to lead a team of direct sales representatives in our East Region. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exceed revenue targets
  • Hire and retain top performing sales team
  • Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera’s C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, key strategic customers and domestic sales team
  • Requires a minimum of 60% travel 


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Recent experience in sales management with fast growth company or division
  • Minimum of 4 years in sales management
  • Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management with a minimum of 5 direct reps
  • Successful track record as a direct field sales rep in the past
  • Available for overnight travel 60% of time
  • Working knowledge of Excel and CRM software
  • Bachelor’s degree
