Right now we are looking for an exceptional Sales Planner to join our Sales Team to help us build out our existing and new client portfolio. This role will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team in planning, strategic selling and support functions. Additionally, will be responsible for creating and revising upfront/scatter plans for agencies/clients, correspondence with buyers/supervisors regarding flighting, plan revisions, posting, traffic, and general questions. The Sales Planner will liaison with research to develop the most comprehensively targeted schedules, work with P&P on maximizing use of available inventory, write monthly/quarterly post letters and revise/ customize sales presentations for AE meetings.
Our ideal A-Player will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years experience in media
- Strong media math skills
- Strong ability to present and be client facing Sales Career path is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
