Media Coordinator

Job Overview

Supports Media and Account teams in preparing campaign, network, and creative reporting deliverables.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reviews, interprets, and manages daily data reports
  • Data entry using specialized agency software and systems for multiple clients
  • Generates daily media reports based on data assimilated by agency software and systems
  • Tracks and monitors updated network/station logs to ensure traffic is properly reflected, programming is updated, and call centers are prepared.
  • Processes insertion orders and confirmations to ensure contractual documents are properly filed
  • Facilitates traffic with management and strategists to ensure networks/stations are running proper instructions and have received creative
  • Monitors and manages the flow of information within corporate media e-mail inboxes

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates solid skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and understand a sense of urgency
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail oriented with a strong analytical ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Office applications
  • Advanced data entry skills preferred
  • Able to work independently or within a team to achieve objectives
  • Interested in learning new skills through cross-training and independent study

 

Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

Years of experience: Entry Level
