The Cadent Product team is looking for a reporting and data lead, reporting to the VP, Product – Unified Planning & Reporting. This role will provide product strategy and management for Cadent’s reporting solutions and underlying data lake. This role is responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders to understand all data and reporting product requirements to feed the reporting product roadmap. In addition, this role may be responsible for managing third party data partnerships and supporting the coordination and delivery of ad-hoc business intelligence needs. This position will work directly with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Agile Management, Sales and Operations.
Your Management Skills
Knowledge of enterprise business intelligence solutions to evaluate business KPIs and drive strategic decision making.

Your Technical/Functional Competencies
A deep understanding in data solutions for TV advertising products
Ability to translate business concepts/context to data engineers to produce positive business outcomes
Understanding of key data processing functions and analytics tools, including SQL, R, Python, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau, Sisense, Datorama
Understanding of various data lake technologies and services
Understanding of agile framework for software development
What you will do:
- Manage the reporting and data product roadmap in alignment with Cadent’s overall business and product strategy, leveraging data-driven research and business cases to make strategic product decisions.
Work across key stakeholders within multiple business units to understand voice of customer needs and translate these into product requirements.
Direct and manage priorities and requirements for agile development team(s).
Partner with UX Design to develop and user-test design prototypes.
Define and oversee execution of go to market plans for all data and reporting solutions. This includes product demonstrations, training, documentation, and other required materials.
Be responsible for data product partner identification, assessment, and recommendation to ensure Cadent’s data solutions meet business needs.
Support sales and other customer-facing teams in high-value meetings with prospects and customers.
Cultivate a deep understanding of the Linear and Advanced TV advertising space.
8 years or more in ad technology and software development
Product management and processes
Bachelor’s Degree or related field experience (advanced degree preferred)
Leadership ability in the design of complex technology systems leveraging multiple teams and diverse technologies available both from Cadent and external relationships.
Media, Ad Technology, digital experience a plus
