Director, Addressable Sales

Job Description

Cadent powers the evolution of TV brand advertising. We provide marketers, agencies, operators, and media owners with data-driven solutions for buying and selling TV advertising. By connecting brands with opportunities across national inventory sources—cable, broadcast, and digital media—our technology improves efficiencies and boosts the results of linear, addressable, and cross-screen campaigns. 

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Director, Addressable Sales will be responsible for driving revenue at agency and client-direct levels, while also managing relationships and cultivating business under the one2one brand.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage a portfolio of client and agency accounts (new & existing) to drive revenue across a suite of addressable and data-driven television solutions
  • Cultivate sales generation via direct outreach, prospecting and pipeline management
  • Carry out the entire sales process from initial contact to close and deliver advanced post campaign reporting and closed loop measurement results
  • Develop and maintain client relationships as well as strategic partnerships with key constituencies in advanced TV space
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong communication, delivery and execution across various teams and disciplines
  • Represent one2one at various industry conferences and events
  • Accountable for achieving/exceeding advertising sales goals

 

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 5-7 years in Advertising Sales or Agency roles
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with proven consistency in meeting/exceeding revenue goals and driving growth
  • Strong proficiency in consultative sales concepts
  • Ability to navigate large agency and account teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strategic relationship management skills
  • Experience managing the sell and position of new products offerings and a multi-product portfolio
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Self-starter who takes a proactive approach to his/her work and can also work independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of data-driven, advance television and/or video ecosystems
  • Some travel required
