Outside Sales – B2B – Dental Offices – 2-7 yrs experience, Norcross, GA | Base $45-60K+ commissions

Our client has focused on developing comprehensive dental technology solutions. This includes developing strategies that allow for a systematic approach to these solutions with minimal disruption to their practice. They have worked with dental practices all over the Southeast to deliver dental technology solutions that result in the on-time delivery of medical information to the provider at the time of care.

The dental community has been turning to our client since 2003 to develop and implement best of breed technology solutions. Our unparalleled knowledge, installation strategies, world class service, and exclusivity to the dental market allow us to take you from the conception and design of your technology solution to the service it deserves after implementation better than anyone else. Our independence allows us to provide you with the right answers and the right products without vendor pressure.

They have grown every year since their inception in 2003, and are expanding their sales staff.  The Outside Sales person will be responsible for closing new business, both equipment sales as well as maintenance contracts (both incentive components, along with a healthy base salary).  This is NOT a primarily hunting role – many leads will be provided.  However, the successful candidate will meet with the VP of Sales, and create their plan for attack in their territory. 

The manager is completely hands off, and is there for support and “keeping you between the ditches”. 

A typical week – 80% windshield time, and approximately five meetings per day.  The company provides a car allowance and fuel card, along with cell and system coverage.  Meetings are a blend of referrals along with self-generated leads.


2-7 years’ B2B sales experience (a blend of inside/outside okay, but must have some outside/field sales experience)

A winning mentality

Competitive personality

Proper attitude and aptitude for a career in sales

Some technology experience (you don’t have to know how to troubleshoot a router, but you should know IT vernacular)

Sales Training (formal or self-study – be prepared to talk about it)

Relationship building skills – building referral networks


AS or BS Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Base $45-60K + equipment commission + commission on maintenance agreements (commissions on maintenance agreements is residual based, so as long as the client is on the agreement, you continue to make commissions)
