About the Role
As a Client Success Coordinator, you'll support some of BSA's largest accounts, working closely with our Account Executives and Director of Client Success while learning the fundamentals of planning and managing successful advertising campaigns.
You'll assist with post-sales support for our campaigns, including collecting assets, setting up campaigns, and reporting on results, with the potential to work your way up to serving as a point of contact for our clients.
This is an entry-level role, and it's a great fit if you're looking to start a career in media and digital advertising.
What You'll Do
Assist with campaign operations: help create asset templates and collect creative materials from advertisers ahead of upcoming campaigns
Support preview reviews and rounds of edits with advertisers, keeping communication clear and details tight
Help track multiple campaign timelines and make sure deadlines are met
Assist with campaign setup, QAs, reporting, and performance analysis
Learn digital marketing concepts like analytics, conversion optimization, and creative strategy on the job
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working remotely and independently
Quick responsiveness and clear communication
An aptitude for project management
Comfort and confidence with Google Workspace, AI tools, and new software in general
Intermediate spreadsheet skills, with the drive to become advanced
An interest in software, development, and engineering (the industries our advertisers live in)
Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine desire to start a career in media

Hours: 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday
You'll need a quiet, professional workspace and a polished presence on video calls
