We sell unique native ads that are not accessible through programmatic exchanges, reaching a tech-savvy influencer audience. Think emails folks are excited to receive, sites people have set as their homepage, or apps you love to tell your friends about. We help get marketers in those places. And it converts like crazy.
We are a fully distributed/remote team, with 50+ people spread out across 30 cities in 6 countries. You can expect weekly video syncs with your teammates that are designed to both provide support & enable individuals to bring forward meaningful contributions to the team. We are a passionate group of people who wholeheartedly believe in always acting in the best interest of our clients. While we largely work around an EST schedule, there's a good amount of flexibility on that front.
The Impact You’ll Make:
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the value proposition of BuySellAds’ inventory opportunities
Field inbound leads and generate net-new opportunities through self prospecting
Work to know just as much as our marketers do about their goals and future goals to develop custom-tailored solutions
Partner with Client Success Managers throughout the lifecycle of a campaign
Travel occasionally (when the time is right!) to meet clients, present to agencies, and get together with your team
Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
Partner with internal product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, and the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence
Skills You’ll Bring:
2+ years of media or tech sales experience
Is organized and carries themselves professionally
Is excited at the opportunity to help marketers achieve complex goals
Can take an idea from basic form to execution
Has the ability to work independently, consistently producing meaningful results
Is comfortable working remotely
Client-focused mindset with a passion for using data and analytics to drive business results
Bonus points for past agency relationship experience or non-programmatic ad sales experience
