Roles and Responsibilities:

BTG is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to drive learning initiatives across the sales organization and support our development and growth. As the Director of Sales Enablement, you are the subject matter expert on sales development programs from new hire onboarding to ongoing skill development and sales excellence. You will help define the systems and build the structures to ensure our sales teams are provided the tools, resources, training, and career pathing needed to be successful. Ultimately, we see this role as pivotal for achieving our goals with regard to strengthening deal conversion, improving buyer engagement, driving organizational alignment, increasing sales pipeline, and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the BTG salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

· Evaluate training needs of the Sales organization and develop learning resources and programs

· Develop scalable ways to introduce new content and update existing materials

· Leverage data and insights to identify key learning opportunities and gaps

· Develop sales playbooks, templates, presentations, and other job aides

· Evaluate existing onboarding materials and lead improvement and re-design efforts; oversee deployment of onboarding plans for all new sales team members

· Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to define and communicate expectations and processes

· Create and host in-person and video training

· Become an expert in our products, go-to-market philosophy, industry, and evolving buyer journeys

· Champion sales / go-to-market enablement programs at BTG

· Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and align to broader company goals

· Work collaboratively with Marketing and Channel Teams to provide the necessary tools, knowledge, and content to the sales team to guide sales contacts through a complex buyer journey ultimately increasing pipeline size, velocity, and conversion rates

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years in revenue, sales, or go-to-market enablement

· Experience in client-facing roles

· Experience building scalable programs

· Experience in talent marketplace, human capital, or professional services space

· Project management experience delivering quality product in short timeframes

· Experience developing dynamic and engaging trainings for various audiences

· Outstanding verbal and written communicator

· Salesforce CRM expertise

· Intellectually curious and ambitious

· Highly organized & autonomous

· Comfortable with and energized by operating in a fast-moving organization

· Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
