Account-Based Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and collaborative B2B account-based marketing (ABM) and digital marketing rockstar to join our mighty marketing team. If you are an all-around marketing athlete who geeks out on generating demand, championing account-based marketing, driving revenue, and building brand loyalty, this is the job for you. You will be responsible for developing and implementing ABM programs to achieve firm revenue goals, as well as building our digital marketing strategy and executing and optimizing that strategy. Location preference is Chicago, but open to virtual/remote.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with all sales leads and heads of marketing communications, marketing automation, creative, sales enablement, revenue operations, and technology.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Understand our sales processes, account segmentation, and ideal persona, and work closely with the commercial teams to leverage account insights to define marketing programs to achieve business goals
  • Plan, execute, measure, and optimize ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to increase frequency of buying with existing clients, expand buying into new functions, and ultimately grow revenue and loyalty in target accounts
  • Identify optimal marketing channels/tactics (tactile, email, ads, events, paid social) and campaign structures by persona within target accounts; develop messaging, custom collateral, and custom content streams by persona within target accounts
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaign activities on influenced pipeline, database growth and engagement, deal velocity, and other KPIs
  • Research and evaluate new ABM trends and martech and share ABM best practices with your marketing and sales colleagues
  • Lead, educate, and coach sales and marketing teams on ABM
  • Develop the firm digital marketing strategy and execute and optimize the strategy across the digital market channels
  • Be a BTG brand steward ensuring our brand promise and narrative are consistently being represented throughout the customer journey

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, ad tech, and/or sales enablement
  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing and/or digital marketing management
  • Strategic and results-driven with a proven ability to foster effective relationships with sales and translate business needs to ABM marketing programs and pipeline
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on ABM performance metrics, effectively interpret data to evaluate pipeline needs and derive insights for further campaign refinement and account sales motions
  • Experience with martech stack including ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and digital marketing analytics packages
  • Skilled at managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  1. Solution-oriented, self-starter who can multi-task and is detail-oriented
