VIDEO: associate producer, editor

Job Description

Insider Inc. is looking for a video editor who can help us make smart, beautiful, and engaging videos across our many brands.

This person will work closely with other editors and producers to create videos across a range of subjects, including food, travel, entertainment, art, beauty, science, and more. These videos will appear on INSIDER's social media channels, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat.


The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience editing videos in a digital newsroom or media outlet. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on a team, and is obsessed with video. Candidates should also be familiar with our existing videos and eager to contribute work in our style.

Candidates should be an expert in Adobe Premiere and be comfortable with the Adobe suite. After Effects experience is a plus but not mandatory. Shooting experience is also a plus but not mandatory.
