The Talent Intern will partner up with our talent, finance, and operations teams to coordinate new hire on-boarding, maintain employee records, process payroll, and promote diversity and inclusion across the organization. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative and passionate team with the shared goal of maximizing our talent across the board.

This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming HR-enthusiast to gain hands-on experience and a wealth of exposure to various HR functions and responsibilities.

In this role you’ll:

  • Manage the administrative process for new hire on-boarding, from offer letter generation to I-9 processing 

  • Work with the Talent Associate to ensure the successful execution of various trainings, including New Hire Orientation and Timecard Training

  • Contribute to company-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Update, track, and maintain employee data in our HRIS system

  • Take the lead on miscellaneous payroll duties, including timecard management and paycheck dispersal

  • Communicate across various departments to answer payroll and benefits FAQs

This position requires a 40-hour/week commitment throughout the summer in our NYC headquarters and a part-time schedule starting in late August.
