Senior Account Executive

Business Insider Intelligence is adding a Senior Account Executive to our Sales team in NYC.
As an SAE for BI Intelligence you will engage and interact with Fortune 500 clients and cutting edge organizations across the globe; businesses that are evolving the face of digital as we know it. You will be the subject matter expert for potential clients that are at the forefront of emerging technologies and looking for intelligence that will set them apart from the market.
The Senior Account Executive develops, cultivates, and manages global relationships that partner our intelligence with key executives and decision makers to influence the digital marketplace. Our SAE will prospect, qualify, and assist with onboarding clients. You are also in control of driving revenue aligned with achieving specific revenue targets. You will work closely with internal analysts, researchers and our marketing team to formulate account strategies, execute on those strategies, close deals and enhance the client relationship.
· Achieve revenue goals on a quarterly / annual basis
· Drive early stage opportunities through the pipeline
· Seek out and develop relationships with new clients, sell solutions that support their strategic and tactical needs; develop an understanding of clients’ business issues
· Drive engagement with clients, usage of our product, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
· Communicate effectively in writing and over the phone
· Accurately manage and forecast sales pipeline
· Demonstrated track record of winning business and hitting targets
· Proven experience selling to the C-Suite
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a related field
