We are hiring a Director of Client Services in New York. 

The Director of Client Services will lead the team that executes digital advertising campaigns across all Insider Inc.'s platforms - desktop, mobile, distributed platforms, and video with products ranging from Standard Display Media to Content Marketing to Social. You'll manage the team responsible for executing successful campaigns for an expanding list of advertisers and agencies, and be responsible for managing client relationships and achieving campaign objectives. That means you'll lead the team that ensures all campaigns are set up for success from the ideation phase all the way to going live without a hitch, perform to client standards, and are delivering results. Additionally, you will deliver in depth performance reports and benchmarks those results against similar campaigns.  

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital media, an expert in client success, excellent at problem solving, and a true leader who wants their team to succeed. You know how to work independently, and how to work cross functionally with all members of the greater Revenue team. You'll partner with sales, marketing, studios, and finance to ensure success for both the team and our clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a team of Client Service Managers in multiple offices (London, San Francisco, Chicago, New York)

  • Optimize workflow and processes to ensure we are set up for success

  • Evaluate new vendor partners to expand our product offerings and offer value to our clients

  • Setting up Tracking and Reporting 

  • Continue to evolve the Client Service into a Results Driven Organization focused on being a true consultant delivering value to our clients

  • Facilitation and improvement of the Paid Social process

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and studios team to ensure client satisfaction on all running campaigns

  • Create weekly reports, case studies, benchmarks, and more

  • Work with the Finance team to ensure end of month billing is completed efficiently

Other characteristics you bring:

  • A Client First and Operational Focus

  • A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of work experience in digital advertising; Publisher experience is preferred

  • 5+ Years Managing Teams 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience and familiarity with major ad servers (DFP/DCM, Mediamind, Atlas, to name a few) and web analytics tools (DoubleVerify, IAS, etc)

  • Proven ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong communication skills; you thrive in a past-paced, deadline-oriented environment
