Business Insider UK, the fastest growing digital business news brand globally, now reaches an audience of more than 10 million readers each month in EMEA.  With INSIDER, our lifestyle brand, we have further embraced social media and are currently seeing over 1.7 billion video views per month, across multiple channels and topics.  Its a super exciting time and full of opportunity to build client partnerships across automotive, luxury, travel, FMCG and more... Since our UK launch in 2014 we have made quite an impact growing our audience, clients and business revenue dramatically and we are now looking to expand the team even further in 2017. 

As such we are searching for a talented Agency Sales Manager in London who inherently understands how to sell digital in today's fast moving media landscape and is both motivated by the opportunity to accelerate their career and our business growth.

We require an ambitious, agency-facing, digital media & content expert with a proven sales record. Someone who is capable of creating and selling digital ad solutions into our key growth sectors including automotive, luxury, travel, FMCG as well as endemic b2b clients, someone who shows insatiable desire and curiosity, combined with the ability to translate ideas into actionable solutions and partnerships for agency clients.

Success is dependent upon an ability to embrace a fast paced 'start up' environment, work closely as part of a team to ensure maximum success for the business, navigate prospective accounts, understand mobile, native, social and video strategies, position Business Insider’s products and ad solutions on their behalf, and close deals. 

Job responsibilities:


Manage and grow business with key accounts & agencies 
Establish and grow agency relationships through the use of content, native, mobile and video solutions, across all industry verticals  
Achieve revenue goals on a quarterly basis 
Develop an understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges

Sell through BI, INSIDER and Tech Insider offerings that support clients' strategic and tactical needs
Drive engagement with agencies and deliver an exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively in writing and over the phone
Accurately manage and forecast sales pipeline

Qualifications:
 

3+ years of digital sales experience selling display, mobile, native, content and/or social
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great attitude and interest in learning new skills 
Attention to detail
Ability to thrive in an innovative environment
Well connected with an established network of agency relationships
