The Opportunity:

As an Open Job Delay Test #1 specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating system responsiveness and identifying performance bottlenecks under complex simulated conditions. Your work will directly ensure our platform maintains peak stability and delivers a seamless user experience during high-latency scenarios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive latency simulations to identify system weaknesses and performance limits.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics during scheduled delay test cycles to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze root causes of processing bottlenecks and deliver detailed reports to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional developers to implement optimization strategies for reduced system lag.
• Maintain and update detailed documentation of testing protocols and performance benchmarks for future iterations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in performance testing or quality engineering.
• Strong proficiency in using automated testing frameworks and sophisticated diagnostic tools.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, system architecture, and high-frequency data processing.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working within high-growth SaaS environments or rapid-deployment technical teams.
• Advanced professional certification in Performance Testing (e.g., ISTQB Performance Tester).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash for advanced test automation.
• Previous experience participating in large-scale load-testing events or system stress simulations.
