JOB SUMMARY

B-Stock Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to prioritize, track and ship high quality experiences to our customers on time. The Project Manager will collaborate with product managers, engineers and a wide range of stakeholders including marketing, business development, design, operations and customer support. 

The Technical Project Manager works closely with and under the direction of, the Director of Engineering to ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and are fully documented. 

 

ESSENTIL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with engineering to implement solutions; create test plans, define rollout phases, training, and communications plans.

  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones with appropriate methodology and tools.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within multiple delivery teams.

  • Participate in planning meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Review specs and technical documentation for completeness and sign-off.

  • Execute launch plans, communication and quality assurance for major projects.

  • Support in-progress features and communicate needs to cross functional teams.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management or an equivalent field.

  • 1-3 years of experience using JIRA, Asana, GitLab or similar software development tools.

  • Experience as a JIRA/Asana administrator is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Detail oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution.

  • Strong documentation skills.

  • Experience in e-commerce.

  • Demonstrable​ ​experience​ ​defining​ ​and​ ​refining​ ​processes​ ​to​ ​optimize​ ​team​ ​efficiency.

  • Excellent​ ​presentation​ ​and​ ​communication​ ​skills​.

  • Proven​ ​success​ ​working​ ​with​ ​a​ ​geographically​ ​dispersed​ ​team.

  • Unfazed​ ​by​ ​managing​ ​multiple​ ​concurrent​ ​projects​ ​of​ ​moderate​ ​to​ ​high​ ​technical​ ​complexity.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, and/or retail liquidations is a plus.

  • Experience as a software developer a plus.
