The private online auction marketplaces we manage for our clients consistently extract the highest willingness to pay from an ever-growing buyer base that we drive to the site on an ongoing basis; our clients typically yield a 30-80% price increase over their alternative liquidation channels.

Our core team is from eBay where we started and built eBay’s original enterprise B2B business. We have helped our clients liquidate more than $1 billion worth of excess inventory annually.

We serve dozens of major retailers including Amazon, John Lewis, Groupon in the EU, Walmart, Costco, Whirlpool and many others in the US as well as working with thousands of small and medium sized businesses.

Scope of the Role:

B-Stock Solutions is searching for a hungry Enterprise B2B Sales Executive with a track record of outperformance.  This person will be responsible for a book of accounts and their primary objective will be to close deals.  The ideal candidate will bring both an installed network of contacts and an ability to close qualified leads that are assigned to them from marketing initiatives, inside sales reps and other sources.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Achieving revenue goals by closing deals with new accounts

  • Leveraging personal network of contacts to quickly connect with key decision makers

  • Quickly qualifying prospects to develop a realistic assessment of fit to maximize time and effort through rapport building in person

  • Delivering a concise and effective sales pitch that connects with the unique needs of each prospect

  • Negotiate enterprise level service contracts

  • Engaging high level Executives at large companies and successfully communicating B-Stock’s value proposition through both online demos and in-person meetings

  • Prospecting into target accounts, when necessary, to keep the pipeline full at all times.

  • Maintain detailed sales process records using Salesforce to provide accurate reporting on deal pipeline

  • Staying on top of current events and trends to identify compelling events for target accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of sales success, routinely exceeding quotas

  • A salesperson’s instinct to close

  • 5+ years experience with Enterprise B2B sales

  • Knowledge and experience in selling to executives in the eCommerce sector

  • An understanding of (EU or Regional / UK ) retail landscape - traditional and online.

  • Background in Retail or Logistics

  • English as a primary language ideally accompanied by a second EU language.

  • Professional network of C-level or VP-level contacts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An ability and willingness to prospect into accounts when necessary

  • Proficient in MS Office, and other CRM’s

  • Experience with, and /or an understanding of the marketplace business model

  • The ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems

  • Successfully work independently and collaboratively

This role will require active travel, field base, and will report directly into our Director of EMEA.
