Our team comes from eBay where we became auction marketplace experts and we have helped our clients liquidate well over $5 billion worth of excess inventory since starting the business at eBay in 2004.

Our customers include Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Home Depot, GameStop, and many others. This job is a great chance to learn ecommerce from a very experienced team while working with some of the largest retailers in the world.

We have an open position for a Customer Service Representative who can respond to questions from buyers and sellers on our platform.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide excellent care to our buyers and sellers, no matter the method of contact:
    • Email support (our most common method of buyer communication)
    • Inbound telephone support
    • Listening to and responding to customer service questions left over voicemail
    • Web-based chat support
  • Reviewing customer applications using specific criteria, and approving valid applicants
  • Reviewing buyer/seller transaction disputes and provide resolutions when necessary
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and recommend viable solutions that add value
     

The ideal candidate will display:
 

  • High School Diploma /GED Certificate 
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent reading comprehension and judgment
  • Knowledge of ZenDesk customer service toolset
  • The ability to utilize existing templates to provide answers that are both professional and personalized
  • Aptitude to respond to questions quickly and adapt to new business priorities
  • Process to build knowledge base to properly answer repeat questions
  • Understanding of when to escalate to manager
  • Work independently and prioritize well
  • Ability to come up with meaningful solutions, even if that means thinking outside the box
  • Online auction or ecommerce experience is very helpful
  • Candidates should be very fast and accurate using web based applications; including Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude, hard working, flexibility, and an ability to learn quickly are required
