Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the language services industry to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing new business and expanding existing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our full suite of language solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and how language access impacts various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., healthcare, legal, government, education, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs
  • Conduct product presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (project management, operations, and marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Bromberg & Associates
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the language services industry (interpretation, translation, localization, etc.), language training industry or adjacent fields
  • Deep understanding of the language access landscape, compliance requirements (e.g., Title VI, ADA), and industry pain points
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)
  • Multilingual skills a plus
