Position Overview
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets for digital, print, social media, video, presentations, campaigns, and internal communications. This role requires a strong eye for design, brand consistency, storytelling, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling multimedia content that supports marketing, sales, recruitment, training, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit multimedia content such as videos, motion graphics, animations, reels, and promotional clips.
- Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, email graphics, proposals, ads, and branded templates.
- Support marketing campaigns by developing creative assets aligned with Bromberg’s and LEO’s brand identity and messaging.
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, operations, and leadership teams to understand project goals and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Develop visual content for social media platforms, website pages, newsletters, blogs, webinars, and events.
- Edit and optimize images, videos, and graphics for various platforms and formats.
- Assist with presentation design for client meetings, internal training, proposals, and company events.
- Stay current with design trends, multimedia tools, accessibility standards, and best practices for digital content.
- Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, templates, images, videos, and brand materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, digital content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, print design, video editing, and/or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.
- Experience creating content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with accessibility-focused design, and multilingual content.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media content formats, and digital advertising assets.
- Ability to create templates that non-design team members can easily use.
- Experience with video captioning, subtitling, localization, or multilingual layouts is a plus.
