Housing Cooridnator- Navigation Center Program
Supportive Housing Services | San Francisco, CA | Full Time
Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California’s most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes, and implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans’ services and health care sectors.
In short, we do good work.
We have offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and multiple cities across California. We currently have over 180 staff and are growing daily. We’re looking for inspired, talented people who want to be part of a team that’s affecting profound change and is having fun doing it.
This is an amazing opportunity to be part of an exciting program that is part of the city’s initiative to house individuals who are homeless and in need of stable housing in and outside of San Francisco County. Services are provided through a team approach and is funded by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. Many of the participants will have lived in the navigation center for less than 60 days and will be assessed for program and housing readiness. Housing Coordinators will work with partnering non-profit agencies whose primary goal is to provide services to homeless adults. Housing Coordinators will provide referrals to case management services, employment programs and local resources to offer support during their housing transition. The primary goal of the program is to engage with homeless individuals by assessing, assisting and advocating for individuals who maybe ready for stable housing, searching for appropriate housing options, moving individuals into their new homes and maintaining communication with the program to preserve positive living standards.
There is one (1) Navigation Center Program Housing Coordinator (HC) and we are looking to hire one (1) more Housing Coordinator position.
