Collaborate with the BrandMe HQ’s client advisors on upcoming client meetings or client reviews to determine all that is needed in advance.
Organize all required paperwork, investment schedules, and supporting documents for meetings.
Process client requests in a timely, accurate fashion such as new account opening, money movements, statement or tax form requests, address or beneficiary changes, and account re-registrations.
Maintain BrandMe HQ’s CRM (Salesforce); ensure all meeting notes are updated, client tasks are correctly tracked, and client information changes are reflected.
Oversee the onboarding of new clients, including the preparation of new client kits, account opening, and transfers, online access setup, and maintain active communication with clients regarding the status of all open items
Act as primary liaison with custodians on client issues, transaction requests, account opening & closing activities
Participate in internal projects and technology initiatives as needed; make proactive recommendations for improvement.
BS/BA Business Administration, Economics, Finance
One year of experience in the investment industry with client service exposure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
Experience working with CRM software, portfolio accounting/reporting applications.
Basic understanding of industry rules and regulations is required
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Breakdown complex objectives into discrete steps and tasks to facilitate successful implementation
Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills; self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
