HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $90  - $120 USD / HR

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40Hrs/Week - Long Term, 6-month project

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Project Manager - Supply Chain Tech Data Visibility

In order to drive continued improvements in cost-efficient perfect orders at scale, the Supply Chain Technology group needs the ability to quantitatively identify opportunities, measure impact, and analyze the impact attainments for its OKRs & features delivered from the product roadmaps. This supports our larger effort to strengthen the build, measure, and learn loop of every one of our 100+ atomic teams. It enables Product Managers to shift into more discovery activities and enables Software Engineers to focus more on solution & delivery activities.

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive execution teams to identify business needs & implement solutions which enable 200+ employees to leverage data assets on a daily basis for quantitative analysis activities on topics like feature adoption, product/user level engagement & utilization, KPI/driver monitoring, anomaly detection, experimentation, and many others. Currently, this work is done ad-hoc by Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Product Analysts of varying degrees of fidelity, from various source systems, and rarely tied to attribution of to the work of the atomic product/eng team. You will be responsible for engaging with Product Management, Product Analytics, Software Engineering, and Design leaders to define, build, and maintain a set of tools and interfaces to deliver this through scalable technology. 

Your mission is to drive the execution for SC Tech data visibility initiative, and to work with your engineering team to consistently deliver products that are aligned to the product vision. In this role, you will focus on improving internal operations by developing and executing against project plans, showcasing strong program management skills, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating updates to leadership, and leading agile practices/ceremonies for the team. This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about delivering results, and doesn’t shy away from complex workstreams. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead high-visibility projects for Supply Chain Tech Data Engineering

  • Create and execute against project plans, working with stakeholders to keep them accountable and ensure that tasks are completed on time

  • Design a strategy for new programs and manage them effectively 

  • Proactively identify and communicate risks and roadblocks as they arise  

  • Provide updates and insights to leadership on progress and development 

  • Partner with product & engineering teams to identify both short-term, scrappy solutions as well as longer-term, tech enabled approaches to operational challenges

  • Leverage data to support program recommendations and drive project results


TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of working experience 

  • Experience with complex, cross-functional project and/or program management 

  • Ability to synthesize complex problems and data into easily understood narratives, transform insights, and create recommendations 

  • Proactive ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and meet timelines 

  • Comfort working with and building trust among stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Problem-solving mindset with strict attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions 

  • Background in regularly using Google suite products to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables a plus

  • Prior experience in data products or migration is a plus
