JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position - No agencies (See notes below)

LOCATION: Remote (TimeZone: PST, CST, EST)

HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $45-65 USD / HR

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40Hrs/Week - Long Term, 6-month project

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 3+ Scrum Master experience – Using Agile Scrum – Kanban Boards to organize and drive work thru a development team.
    • Guide the Product team in use of the board to clarify story details and track progress.
    • Act as a Grooming facilitator to capture the technical and Leadership ideas into Epics and Stories for planning / grooming.
    • Own Sprint Ceremonies to provide clear and efficient direction to assure progress.
  • 2+ Years of related Project Manager experience – Larger effort / Road Map planning to organize Sprints, Experience managing budgets and Product Team spend.
  • 2+ Years Defining Agile Stories with a technical team to identify and refine development requirements.  
  • Ability to act as a Business Analyst to assist the development team build, groom and execute technical work.
  • Technical / Development background to assure productive engagements with engineering team for story writing / grooming and documentation support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint
  • Proficient with planning and executing remote, collaborative meetings.
  • Experience with continuous delivery, testing, security practices, performance, and disaster recovery.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.  Ability to engage a new team in an efficient, fun manner. 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Kanban boards besides Jira
  • Experience rendering Architectural, Business Process or Flow diagrams based on technical / team direction.
  • Experience organizing Product Documentation that retains the Business and Technical information required to maintain systems and on-board new Team Members.
