ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a strong candidate to join this fast-growing team as a Product Manager . You will be shaping the customer experience of a brand-new design for Dental Exchange web portal. You will start with focus on MVP deliverables, with opportunity to stay on team as a full-time product manager and launch your career path into highly desired product management role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist the ideation, design, technical development, and launch of a new product, through a series of iterative project phases and sprints.

  • Lead content management and web portal configuration through CMS (content management system).

  • Support product organization in shaping roadmaps, feature lists, and user stories. 

  • Lead a/b testing and data-driven decision making in your product area. Act as voice of customer in the product development journey.

  • Work with design team to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and user journeys.

  • Collaborate with engineering to implementing features and fixing defects in an efficient and high-quality manner.

  • Team up with program managers and subject matter experts of exchange business to ensure product development is up-to-par to market trends and government requirements.

  • Be hyper focused and organized, driving cross-functional teams including paid marketing, data science, business intelligence, SEO, legal / compliance, underwriting etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., contentful) is highly desired.
  • Technical education or experience regarding web development (html / CSS / API) is preferred.
  • General understanding of insurance industry, dental insurance in particular, government healthcare exchange program is a big plus.
  • Constant attention to detail and ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • A team player and fast learner.
