JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position - No C2C agencies (See notes below)

LOCATION: Remote US or Canada based

HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $90 - $120 USD / HR

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40Hrs/Week - Long Term, 6-month project

We're building a future where Direct-to-Consumer Brands, Retailers, and B2B Businesses (wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors) have the commerce capabilities that today are only afforded by Marketplace organizations with billions of dollars in R&D.



The Senior Product Manager, Customer Success, Loyalty is responsible for partnering closely with our clients to understand their business goals, define project requirements and to successfully implement their e-commerce experience.  You will provide strategic guidance and ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes with their products. This position requires e-commerce business expertise and thought leadership in customer experience, loyalty programs, and business growth.  You will also be partnering closely with our Solution Delivery team ensuring that we are delivering on time, on budget and meeting our client’s expectations.



  • Partner with multiple clients to understand their objectives and business goals to formulate a strategy to achieve their desired results with products.

  • Document client requirements and align on project scope

  • Define client roadmap, launch strategy and optimization plan

  • Write stories and partner with design and engineering to develop required features

  • Lead client communications, weekly updates and demos

  • Track, analyze and communicate platform performance. Recommend action plans to address variances to increase results.

  • Promote a successful attitude, confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results

  • Client onboarding and training of the Fabric application tools

  • Responsible for achieving client success goals and revenue growth

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and industry trends

  • Manage contractual obligations, budget and change orders


  • 3+ yrs in end-to-end e-commerce experience with 2+ years experience in loyalty programs
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management, product marketing or program management
  • Strong command and experience with loyalty programs features and offerings
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce user experience
  • Must have an ability to be hands-on with the teams and our clients 
  • Must be confident and experienced in presenting to c-level executives
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment helping bring structure and delivering results.
  • Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
