ABOUT THE ROLE
The focus of your role will be to work as a UX researcher/designer for the Flagship Mobility Project at a bank on the consumer side delivering the End User mobile platform across iOS, Android, and Blackberry applications.
You will be part of 6 person agile team supporting the team and focused on the bank's customer facing application. You will work directly with the product teams, internal business teams, users, and your fellow team members to collect business requirements and user feedback to make recommendations for how best to design the next iteration of their mobile products.
- Work with business owner and end-users to clearly define the business requirements and translate those into recommendations
- Co-design and create an MVP release schedule for each new feature
- Support rapid iterations and testing in the application
- Fully document the requirements and receive buy-in/approval from all stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into Epics which can be handed to our Scrum Master and Project team for loading into Jira
