About the Role:
As Enterprise Account Manager you will be responsible for expanding our existing accounts with Fortune 1000 clients like Nestle, Deloitte, Porsche and Pacific Life. You will work in partnership with our enterprise sales team to ensure a great first experience in new pilots and building account expansion plans to grow Gross Services Volume in each account.
Partner with our enterprise sales team to build targeted account plans for the enterprises we serve.
Expand into other departments within our enterprises with a goal of growing revenue month over month
Build relationships, find the best ways to scale different customers, and contribute to their long-term success.
Making product and process recommendations to our product and talent operations team from customer feedback to improve our platform

Sharp, agile, adaptable
Direct and clear communication
5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B account management or sales
Experience in professional services or management consulting is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a deep desire to help customers succeed.
Highly organized and operationally efficient, able to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the day.
Proven experience building processes to scale and report on account management
