Responsibilities:

This position will lead an important group of projects for Bottle Rocket including setting vision, working with customers, architecting a technical solution (server and app-based), leading people, working with outside vendors, speaking with and presenting to prospects and more. This is a senior hire and only applicants who have lead groups of 10 people or more and dealt directly with customers should apply. Applicants must also demonstrate a VERY STRONG capability to architect technical solutions and communicate them to development teams (in detail) as well as customers (high level but complete explanations). Applicants must also have previous business development experience (either in sales or sales engineering or running their own business). Applicant MUST have a strong experience on the platform. In other words, if you haven't owned an iPhone for a year, please do not apply. This is not an account management position. You must bring your own leadership skills and be self-motivated. Your compensation will be based at least partially on the success of the project(s) you are running. This is a perfect job for an "intrepreneur". You will have great responsibility and will be expected to hit the ground running.

Requirements:

  • MUST be a Mac user
  • MUST own an iPhone (and have owned it at least a year)
  • MUST be able to manage timelines, work on multiple projects at once, enjoy diversity of work, enjoy challenges
  • MUST have experience leading teams
  • MUST have deep project management experience
  • MUST have solid knowledge of UI/UX
