Product Manager

Job Description

BoostCTR is looking for an Enterprise SaaS Product Manager, who has experience in the digital marketing industry. You should have experience in gathering requirements for enterprise SaaS applications, a high degree of comfort with technology, and exceptional analytical and communications skills. You should also be comfortable both engaging in product design discussions with developers and working closely with customers to incorporate feedback into the product.

Key Qualifications/Experience

  • 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS experience, preferably in a product management role
  • Previous experience in the digital marketing industry ideal, but not required
  • Experience in a rapidly-growing start-up a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical
  • Agile, adaptable and capable of delivering new products and features iteratively
  • Ability to work equally well with business development, (product) marketing, program management, sales operations, support, and engineering to drive successful product releases
  • BS degree in CS or related field or equivalent technical experience


Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, partners and other intelligence tools
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, and work with all departments to execute
  • Deliver rapid prototypes and turn promising prototypes into productized applications
  • Define detailed requirements, work closely with designers and developers through designs, make tactical decisions to come up with innovative applications for complex problems
  • Prioritize feature work and coordinate with other BoostCTR teams
  • Be the expert who can help customers, QA, support, sales, and other groups with questions about your feature areas
