BoostCTR is seeking an intelligent, articulate, energetic and innovative individual with relevant experience to join our growing team as a Display Client Operational Manager. You would be managing operations for social, display and mobile clients while driving massive uplift into their marketing results. You would be responsible for delivering customer satisfaction by working collaboratively to develop and advance key customer initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Help our clients leverage the power of BoostCTR and intelligent creative optimization to deliver industry-leading campaign results

·         Continually refine processes as new insights emerge

·         Manage complex, cross-functional projects and see them through to completion

·         Develop strategies for designing, monitoring, and testing with our creative generation platform

·         Create customer-facing reports, analysis, insights and actionable recommendations

·         Contribute to the culture, excellence and growth of Boost Media


·         Find comfort in working in a chaotic environment

·         Believe no task is too small

·         Degree from a top-tier university (strong academic performance)

·         2-5 years of relative experience

·         Background working with an advertisement management platform

·         Excellent communication skills- able to distill complicated analytical concepts

·         Highly analytical with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implications

·         Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity

·         Passion for technology and well-versed on the latest tech trends

·         High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint 

·         Passion to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments, ability to work proactively, deliver on multiple priorities
