Job Description

Account Executive

We are seeking outstanding sales representatives to join BoostCTR as an Account Executive.  The Account Executive will be selling BoostCTR’s creative optimization solution into medium and large enterprise companies and effectively manage and focus on new business acquisition. We seek an innovative and driven person with proven experience with new business development and a desire to work for a growing start-up!

  

Here's how you will succeed in the position:

·         Strategically target and acquire medium and large enterprise opportunities

·         Increase monthly revenue by closing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and identifying new revenue streams within existing clients

·         Independently manage the entire sales cycle

·         Work with a monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota

·         Work closely with Account Management to drive adoption and expansion of existing customer accounts

·         Create client presentations, proposals and customer reports

·         Be an expert in BoostCTR’s products, solutions, and processes

·         Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients

 

Desired Skills & Experience

·         3-7+ years selling experience

·         Enterprise sales experience

·         Entrepreneurial character

·         Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         The ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment

·         The ability to thrive is a fast paced start-up environment

·         The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently

·         Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

·         Experience with Salesforce.com reporting

·         University Degree

·         Online marketing/search marketing SaaS or services solution selling experience a plus

·         A rolodex of Enterprise contacts in search or online marketing teams a plus
