Unified Exploitation Military Analyst Position


Job Description

Combat Arms Officer with field-grade level knowledge and experience (greater than 15 years desired); service at brigade/division level is required as is knowledge of the Combined Arms Center, Training (CAC-T) and TRADOC organizations, functions and TR 350-70 (Army Learning Policies and Systems); Experience using the Army’s Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation  Instructional Systems Development process) ADDIE model.  Experience in developing training or leadership and education products using Training Development Capability (TDC) software or ASAT (Automated Systems Approach to Training). Previous service as an Observer Trainer with the Mission Command Training Program (formerly BCTP) is highly desirable; familiarity with experimentation and simulations; Experience conducting research in CALL, MCCLL, various other professional web sites and at Umbrella Weeks. Minimum educational requirements include a BA or BS degree from an accredited university and graduation from Command and General Staff College (MEL 4) or equivalent service command/general staff college; Preferred MA or MS degree from an accredited university.
