Position Summary

BlueVolt, a leading provider of online continuing education (CEU) courses for the electrical industry, has an immediate opening for a Product Coordinator to translate business strategy into work programs and process for an assigned business unit. The Product Coordinator will report directly to the Business Unit Manager and work closely with customer support and content development teams.

The position requires an individual willing to look for opportunities to grow the business unit and take responsibility. We are looking for a Product Coordinator that loves continuous learning, is results-oriented, cares about the people they work with, and takes great satisfaction knowing they directly contribute to the company’s success.



The primary responsibility for the Product Coordinator is to attract, serve and retain happy, satisfied continuing education customers. The right candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support the business unit, including but not limited to, building online courses with Subject Matter Experts, administrative tasks, marketing activity coordination, sales analysis, contract routing and follow-up, forecasting and budget management, and state regulatory adherence. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity to develop and advance multiple skill sets while serving customers. Tasks and training will expand as responsibility and aptitude grows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help with setup and maintaining new continuing education (CEU) courses
  • Prepare materials for state approval applications
  • Assists the Business Unit Manager in day to day business needs
  • Collect and analyze customer data and suggest actions
  • Support marketing activities like prospect list management, email and direct mail campaigns, and pay-per-click campaigns
  • Interface in a professional manner with senior executive and team members
  • Taking proactive action based on understanding of department objective and customer needs
  • Monitor user interface with website and suggest improvements
  • Increase revenue by expanding course offerings that meet customer needs and improving customer retention rates

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills to address issues and opportunities
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and set priorities
  • Intermediate skills with office applications (Microsoft Excel, Office).
  • Aptitude or interest in sales data analysis and B2C marketing
  • Comfort working autonomously
