Director of Marketing 

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Status: Exempt

Position Summary

Marketing leader needed. You are a hands-on generalist with experience in digital, corporate, brand and sales enablement marketing. You'll use an iterative, agile approach to develop strategies into activities and results. 

You will generate demand for BlueVolt’s solution in our current vertical and new markets. Lead a team to create and test messages and offers. Create sales tools that close business.

 

Responsibilities

·        Generate demand and awareness for BlueVolt solutions

·        Lead team of internal and contract/vendor marketing professionals

·        Produce and execute promotional events

·        Deliver high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team

·        Test messages, offers and campaigns to find the best performers

·        Content production for the company’s online presence including websites, blogs, and PR

·        Monitor progress and keep company informed of activities and results 

·        Manage Budgets

·        Ensure brand consistency across all communications

 

Qualifications

·        BS/BA in business administration, marketing, and communications or relevant field

·        5 - 7 years prior experience in a marketing lead position

·        Excellent leadership, organizational and project management skills

·        Analytical and creative thinking

·        Team player, servant-leader with great interpersonal skills

·        Thorough knowledge of web analytics

·        Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude

·        Strong written and verbal skills
