Responsibilities:

The Client Implementation Specialist will engage with new customers and ensure they are completely onboarded and efficiently set up on Blueshift.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the implementation process for Blueshift’s customers including onboarding, application installation, configuration, enablement, and training
  • Communicate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers (pre-sales team) to understand customer use case and business goals in order to customize configuration and set-up
  • Educate new clients through training to promote high usage early on in implementation process
  • Manage status of additional/complex configuration add-ons, early support issues, and custom work during implementation
  • Facilitate interdepartmental team and client meetings effectively and successfully transition fully-implemented clients to dedicated CSM and Support team
  • Lead and develop Onboarding projects/programs that help make the implementation process more efficient and standardized

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant project management, professional services or consulting experience with experience on at least one large-scale full-life cycle implementation of Digital Analytics or Marketing Automation solutions
  • Exposure to at least one of the following technologies:
    • Marketing automation and email marketing (e.g., Adobe Campaign, ExactTarget, Responsys, Eloqua, Marketo)
    • Commercial WCM and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Sitecore, hybris, ATG)
    • Data management platforms (e.g., Adobe Audience Manager, Blue Kai, X+1)
    • Tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Activation (DTM), Ensighten, Segment, Google Tag Manager)
    • CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
