We are currently seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in financial planning, investment management, insurance solutions, and client relationship management. As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will play a key role in helping clients build, preserve, and transition wealth while collaborating with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

You will also have access to robust support teams, resources, and infrastructure to help optimize your practice and grow your business. MML Investors Services, LLC serves as the Broker-Dealer.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by developing a deep understanding of clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Perform comprehensive financial analyses to assess clients’ current financial positions and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Design and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies aligned with each client’s objectives, time horizon, and risk profile.
- Recommend appropriate investment solutions—including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments—supported by market research and analysis.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios, making proactive and strategic adjustments based on market conditions and changing client needs.
- Provide ongoing financial guidance and proactive wealth management advice to help clients make informed and confident financial decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including tax professionals, estate planners, and legal advisors, to deliver integrated, holistic solutions.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by helping clients achieve long-term financial success through disciplined planning and investment management.
- Stay current on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to ensure advice remains relevant and compliant.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Compensation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required: Active Series 7, Series 66, and New York Life, Accident & Health licenses.
- CFP® designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with demonstrated experience in financial planning and portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
- Proficiency with financial planning and portfolio management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Experience with RightCapital, MoneyGuidePro, and Wealthscape is a plus.

Compensation
- Competitive commission structure, allowances, and performance-based bonuses.
- Potential eligibility for a forgivable loan as a transition bonus for advisors bringing an existing book of business.
- Average first-year expected commissions: approximately $100,000–$200,000, based on performance.
