Growth Manager

Job Description

BLUE Missions is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and purpose-driven individual to spearhead our expansion into new markets. As Growth Manager, you’ll develop new partnerships and cultivate existing relationships with institutions throughout the USA interested in providing BLUE programs to their constituents.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic growth plan that increases the number of custom BLUE Service Trips & Adventure Treks
  • Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with institutions who share a passion for taking a hands-on approach to ending the water and sanitation crisis

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and support for prospective partners

  • Travel to new markets to visit prospective partners and assist in the onboarding process

  • Present revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the CEO

Great to Haves:

  • Successful previous experience as sales representative or sales manager

  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Experience working in start-up type environments

  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close

  • Domestic and/or International volunteer experience
