Blueleaf is changing the financial services industry by creating unprecedented transparency and automation to simplify the way that people and financial advisors manage money. We help financial advisory firms automate the process of managing client assets allowing them to serve more people well. Our ultimate goal is ambitious: we want to transform financial services the way Amazon transformed retail sales and Google transformed advertising.
We are a seed funded startup backed by investors who funded Mint.com, Dropbox, Bank Simple, and FX Exchange. And in the last few weeks we've rocketed near our goal of managing $10B this year.
You will work with product management and development teams to create, revise and improve the Blueleaf user experience and value proposition
You will craft user experience for our web application with an eye toward taking the experience mobile
You will create wireframes, userflows and agile stories to guide the development teams work
You will conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to understand both actual behavior and feelings about our platform in an effort to improve the Blueleaf experience
You'll be a contributor to the Blueleaf product roadmap and participate in weekly sprint planning

- You understand how to make the complex feel simple through progressive disclosure and structured experience
