The role is to be an uncompromising advocate who balances customer needs and happiness with business outcomes and risk management. The Customer Success Coach, crafts and executes strategies to establish and develop ongoing trusted advisor relationships with customers while ensuring customer retention.

The Role

You will:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business goals and challenges.
  • Become an authority in using technology to grow a wealth management business and become the trusted growth advisor to each of your customers.
  • Provide product knowledge & industry mentorship on best practices to effectively use Blueleaf to meet customer’s needs
  • Envision, plan, and implement customer success programs to improve customer usage, retention, and happiness
  • Maintain a revenue base by driving account retention and renewal
  • Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Work as part of the team to develop strategies to improve scale of setup and ongoing customer engagement
  • Drive early customer success by accelerating the customer onboarding and setup process
  • Be a part of our dynamic team and use your creativity to help customers achieve significant business growth and improved operational efficiency

You have:

  • Prior experience with sales, account management, customer success or service teams
  • Experience working in wealth management
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals
  • A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Independence and love being self-directed
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong working knowledge of excel
