As An Entry Level Customer Service Associate You will: 

  • Assist with scheduling customer appointments and service enrollment

  • Ensure company protocols, policies, and goals are upheld while representing our clients with rectitude and professionalism 

  • Communicate professionally, intelligently, and persuasively to engage customers on the value and benefits of our services and products

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our clients by attending daily meetings in order to effectively educate consumers on deals or sales promotions

  • Be on the front lines answering questions, elucidating concerns, and finding effective solutions to customer issues

  • Propose new solutions, ideas, and approaches to current processes in order to increase customer retainment and bolster sales revenue 

  • Act as the primary liaison, provide product & service information, and resolve any emerging concerns that customers may have with accuracy and efficiency

Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirments: 

  • High School diploma or GED; college degree or currently pursuing preferred 

  • Prior experience in entry level customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred 

  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of individuals 

  • People person with a superior, pleasant and friendly demeanor

  • Remarkable ability to be helpful, go above and beyond and take care of customers

  • Exceptional organizational skills, detailed-oriented and thorough

  • Ability to stay self-motivated and positive 

  • Proven track record of building rapport with customers and upselling products
