We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and scaling high-availability, mission-critical systems within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong ownership and technical depth to contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-availability systems. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, focused on building robust APIs, backend services, and modern frontend components within cloud-based architectures.

You will work closely with the Tech Lead, Product, and Engineering teams, contributing senior-level technical input, mentoring developers, and helping evolve architecture and development practices in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Build and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices supporting critical financial workflows.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, high-availability architectures in cloud environments.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support the Tech Lead with technical decision-making, code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, from design through production support.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve system architecture, reliability, and development processes.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and reliability, especially in payment or transactional systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid experience designing and building APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems.
• Proven experience building scalable, high-availability applications, preferably in financial or transactional environments.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously on complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
