We are a growing ecosystem of fully integrated digital banking solutions, designed by and for credit unions. We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager (C1 English required) to lead the successful implementation of our financial products, services, and integrations for new clients. This is not a traditional IT project management role—it’s about ensuring a smooth and effective transition for clients into the Blossom platform.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating implementation projects involving system conversion and customization for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, alignment with contractual requirements, and a high standard of communication and collaboration throughout the process.
This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, deep knowledge of project planning methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMP or similar preferred)
5–6 years of experience leading projects, preferably within software companies
Proven track record managing SaaS or financial system projects
Strong knowledge of project management principles and planning techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles
Familiarity with Zoho, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Solid understanding of information technology concepts and platforms
Experience with HTML, SQL, XML, Visual Studio, Azure, and other Microsoft products is a plus
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required)
